A 13,700 square foot 18-unit transitional housing facility with office space and culture room. Built with a high-performance envelope with R42 walls, R66 roof, and R33 floor. Common space and office heating provided with natural gas boiler, and suite heating provided via electric duct heaters.

Radiance Co-Housing

4,000 square foot 24-unit mining camp dorm addition with high-performance envelope and individual energy recovery ventilator (ERV) and package terminal heat pump heating and cooling for each room.

Howard Property Seniors Apartments

Location:

Kenora, ON

Description:

67,000 square foot 55-unit seniors apartment with high-performance envelope and mechanical system. The building energy model showed a 75% reducion in heating demand and 43% reduction in total energy use as compared to a code minimum building.
