Description:
A 2900 square foot raised two-storey infill house with a legal basement suite. The project features a high-performance envelope and an all-electric (heat pump-based) mechanical system.

Buckles-Orr Residence
Location:
Canmore, AB
Description:
A 6600 square foot Passive House residence (not yet certified). The house features R88 roof, R47 above-grade walls, and R42 foundation wall. The mechanical system features a cold climate air-source heat pump with electric resistance for heating and cooling, a high-efficiency dual-core ERV for ventilation, and a heat-pump water heater for domestic hot water.
